Erie County plans series of forums on elder abuse

Members of the Erie County Legislature are holding a series of forums with the Erie County Council Against Elder Abuse.

Following is the schedule of forums, which highlight abuse issues and outreach efforts:

Tuesday – Legislator Joseph Lorigo, 9:30 a.m. to noon, West Seneca Senior Center, 4620 Seneca St.

Wednesday – Legislator Lynne Dixon, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Hamburg Senior Center, 4150 Sowles Road.

Friday – Legislator Edward Rath, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Amherst Senior Center, 370 John James Audobon Parkway.

Sept. 29 – Legislator Chairman John Mills, 10 a.m. to noon, Orchard Park Senior Center, 70 Linwood Ave.

Oct. 10 – Legislator Kevin Hardwick, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Town of Tonawanda Senior Center, 291 Ensminger Road.
