Call for Award Nominations
2017 CALL FOR AWARD NOMINATIONS
The Council on Elder Abuse is accepting nominations for the annual Exceptional Service Award.
This award is given to an individual, group, or agency who has made significant contributions in the area of elder abuse and outstanding effort to promote the safety of seniors in Erie County.
All nominees must be professionals either currently employed or who have made an impact in Erie County. Nominees may also be volunteers or survivors who have experienced violence and have made a difference in their pursuit of justice.
Nominations should include a paragraph (300 word max.) describing why the nominee deserves the award and what contributions the individual has made towards keeping seniors safe. Please include the name and contact information of the nominator and nominee.
All nominations must be received by Wednesday, May 17, 2017
